Here we go again. It's January and Eurovision mania has started and as usual Xarabank is at the forefront, in fact part of this Friday edition is on the Malta song for Europe. Already we have been notified ad nauseaum that the local contest is taking place next month. All the usual hype and then as usual we shall not even make it to the final itself due to the usual "voting for our neighbours" scenario. What waste of time and money for this farcical event. The chances of winning this contest is the same as our Maltese national team qualifies for a major competition.

It's that time of the year again folks. Same singers, stolen song titles, no skill in singing, awful stage presentation, every song is about love or something like that and, of course, all the hype that comes with a new Xbox unveiling. I can't wait till we waste another 300 thousand euros and then lose and cry about it! Sarcasm? Here? No siree bob.

I am not a person who complains but I mean come on, look at the song titles ppl...I am just gonna type in the artists who perform the original songs ;)
Down Down Down - Paul Johnson, Finally - Ce Ce Peniston, Heart of Glass - Blondie, Hypnotized - Oliver Koletski feat. Fran & another one by Notorious BIG (2 different songs), Lost Without you - Delta Goodrem & another one by Robin Thicke (2 Different songs), Love to Love you - Donna Summer, Numb - Linkin Park, One Life a song by Ne-Yo from his latest album, Over and Over - Hot Chip, This Love - Maroon 5, Unfaithful - Rihanna
Enough Said!
Anyway, may the best song win, even though I am not a fan of Eurovision ;)

Sorry but the Maltese have no taste in music or any stage presentation whatsoever, thats why most come to the UK to try their luck.

Oh my God! Here it comes again, Malta's Euroaddiction. And here they come again, the same names making it to the final. is this a coincidence or what? Or maybe their songs are ingenious every year! I thank God for not even having the interest to submit my material amongst this commercial game! Good luck Maltese mainstream for another eurovision fever, or mental addiction.
