An uneven playing field

Is it a fair deal when Ħamrun Spartans play a crunch game against another side at their own stadium?

This is happening quite often and I do not think this a level playing field for all teams competing in the Premier Division as the “visiting” team is surely at a disadvantage when playing against Spartans.
