World Aviation Group of Luqa recently hosted the latest edition of Linking Enterprise, the programme organised by the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry offering members an opportunity to learn about operations of other organisations.
The Linking Enterprise programme is also an opportunity for participants to benchmark their performance and learn of new ways to enhance their operations and share experiences, insights and gain feedback from fellow members.
Participants were shown World Aviation Group’s back-office support and call centre operations and attended presentations by chief executive officer Dominic Attard, and sales and marketing manager Nadia Pace.
Malta Chamber internationalisation manager Klaus Pedersen gave an overview of the Chamber’s internationalisation efforts.
Formed 20 years ago, World Aviation Group started out as a general sales agency but has since grown to include Centrecom Ltd, a customer contact centre to its portfolio. Centrecom is a leading multi-lingual contact centre boasting a vast and specialised service package that includes inbound and outbound call services.
In 2007, BPO Services Ltd was established to provide high quality revenue accounting services to the airline industry and financial accounting, billing and other related services to virtually any sector seeking an efficient way to run their back-office operations.
A newcomer to WAG’s portfolio is Aviation Online, a general sales agency network operating in various countries through a chain of franchised partners. The company functions as a one-stop service promoting and selling the products of their principal airlines.
