Chocolatiers devise bespoke recipes in time for Christmas

During the festive season, chocolate will be on the menu in millions of homes.

As well as the usual chocolate santas and reindeers, some French chocolatiers have been creating not just novel designs but their own chocolate recipes.

To do so, they go to a high-tech laboratory to create delicious bespoke creations.
