RS2 Software plc recently signed a three-year comprehensive licence and service package agreement with KPS Payment GmbH und Co. KG, of Bremen, Germany (KPS). Through this agreement, RS2 Software plc will provide KPS, which is the payment service provider for CTS Eventim AG, the BankWORKS® system and any future modules. The agreement also covers services, system maintenance, mandated releases of card schemes, 24/7 support.

The agreement will enable KPS to further optimise and streamline the payment processing in the E-commerce business: The use of the BankWORKS® software provided by RS2 allows KPS to offer, in addition to the currently available payment services, online transaction processing with VISA and MasterCard.
