Autonomy makes Bloomberg Businessweek’s hot tech list

Autonomy Corporation plc, a global leader in infrastructure software for the enterprise, yesterday announced that it has been named to Bloomberg Businessweek’s Hot Tech 50 list, an annual, global ranking of the top performing comp-anies in technology.

The Bloomberg Businessweek Hot Tech 50 is based on a weighted measurement of several metrics, including overall sales growth, employee growth, return on investment capital, and stock return. “The global technology landscape is undergoing a fundamental restructuring – based on the inexorable growth of unstructured information, including email, social media, video, and web content,” said Autonomy CEO Mike Lynch.

“Autonomy is at the forefront of this monumental shift, by enabling businesses to automatically understand the meaning within all this data and act on it in real-time.”
