'Chocolate Village' at the Westin

The Westin Dragonara Resort has kept the tradition of setting up a themed chocolate village during the festive season.

The village took 260 hours of work, 120 kilos of chocolate and 15 chefs who put their mind and expertise together to develop the gastronomic work of art.

The team of chefs was led by Executive Chef James Mifsud and Executive Pastry Chef David Calleja.
