Mary Vella, Mellieħa
In need of a clean-up
I would like to draw the attention of the Mellieħa local council to an area known as Is-Salib tal-Pellegrini. It is in a state of total abandon in terms of cleaning and maintenance.
Is it possible the local council has no budget it can turn to in order to clean the place at least once a week?

Ms Vella, pictures are worth a thousand words. I am sure the Times will be more than happy to accommodate. Give them a call or maybe use your digital camera. It is always better to show and tell. Some of us are non believers, we have to see to believe. I am sure the local council feels the same way.
