Pendergardens releases 24 new apartments

Pendergardens recently an­nounced the release of 24 new units onto the market. “Block 10” is due to be completely finished by no later than the end of March 2011 and will feature superbly finished apartments, the company said.

Sales and marketing manager Michael De Maria also announced that the full development permit for the highly anticipated Pendergardens Villas has been approved. These three bedroom residences will be located on the periphery of the project bordering ‘The Gardens’, and shall be accessible through a private road.
