This must be the nth news report of a traffic accident in the last day or two. Malta Motor Madness continues. When will this country take road safety seriously? Granted that there will always be accidents but what exists is a complete disregard for the law by many citizens and widespread neglect of enforcement by the authorities. Arguably the authorities' disregard is so manifest that a breach of its citizens' human rights can be argued by the victims.
