Muscat keeps up pressure over Arms billing software

Labour leader Joseph Muscat yesterday challenged the government to say whether the instructions given to software giant IBM for the automated billing software used at Arms were in line with the legal notice on tariffs.

Dr Muscat had already made this call over a month ago in Parliament. “I’m sure the government will have a lot of answers for today’s statements but I can assure you it won’t be answering this one,” Dr Muscat claimed.

In the government’s replies to Dr Muscat’s Sunday interview, the topic was not broached.
