Andrew Vella Memorial Lecture

The Malta University History Society (MUHS) is hosting the annual Andrew Vella Memorial Lecture.

The event will be held at the Aula Magna of the Old University,Valletta, on Friday at 7 p.m.

This year’s lecture will be given by Prof. Henry Frendo, who will discuss ‘Historical perspectives of George Borg Olivier (1911-1980), 30 years later’.

After the lecture there will be an awards ceremony to recognise the contribution of various personalities to Maltese history.

Refreshments will be served after the event.
