Although appreciating the fact that I had not received my water and electricity bills for a long time and that these could be received any moment the ARMS management felt appropriate, I have now received three bills covering the period October 11, 2009 right through to November 10, 2010 and running into a few hundred euros.

With Christmas around the corner, was this an appropriate time to be billed, I ask! Even though we have now been offered the possibility of part payments – how kind!
