Delicata DOKs at Ħamrun feast today

Starting this evening from 7 p.m. until midnight and tomorrow between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., wine lovers can taste up to 15 DOK and IGT quality wines from Delicata for just €8; and that includes a souvenir glass to keep.

The 15 quality wines available on the five wine stalls in front of the PL headquarters in Ħamrun include Medina DOK Malta, Victoria Heights DOK Gozo, Pjazza Reġina and Maltese Falcon IGT, Maltese Islands, Casella Moscato sweet liqueur wine and Malta’s two indigenous semi-sparkling wines, Ġellewża and Girgentina Frizzante, all produced by Malta’s award-winning wine-maker firm Emmanuel Delicata.

No person under the age of 17 will be sold a glass or served wine.

The two-day event should be a family outing with live entertainment.

There will be three food areas which will be serving pasta dishes and pizza, Maltese platters and a selection of traditional sweets.
