• A Christmas market by Nadur council will be held today under a tent in St Peter and St Paul Square, Nadur.

• The Gozo Bird Breeders Society will be holding a bird show at the Gozo sports complex in Victoria today from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. There will also be an aquarium and plant show.

• The Gozo Padre Pio Groups will be holding an advent retreat next Sunday at Our Lady of Graces Sanctuary in Victoria. Mass will celebrated at 9 a.m. Dinner will be held at the friary’s refectory. All devotees are invited to attend.

• Variety 2, an exhibition of photographs and paintings by Sascha Meyer is on show at the Victoria council, Victoria. The exhibition, which closes on January 2, is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon and Sunday from 9 a.m. to noon.
