The University’s Department of International Relations, in collaboration with the Department of Spanish, is organising a lecture on ‘The Spanish Presidency of the EU’ by Dr Vanesa Ruiz Casuso, tomorrow at 1.30 p.m. at Dun Mikiel Xerri Lecture Centre, room 217.
Dr Ruiz Casuso is a lecturer at the Department of Spanish. Her research interests include the roots and ruptured continuities of Spain’s involvement with Europe and the Mediterranean, and ‘Europeanism’ and ‘Mediterraneanism’ in Spanish consciousness.
