Public speaking skills workshop

The English-Speaking Union (ESU) of Malta will be holding a workshop on the teaching of public speaking skills, specifically for secondary school teachers of English.

Two members of the ESU Speech and Debate team from London will be running the workshop as part of a programme of events and meetings arranged for their visit.

Various aspects of the students’ preparation, writing and delivery of a speech will becovered. The workshop will be held at the ESU Malta office in Sir Adrian Dingli Street, Sliema, on Wednesday at 5 p.m.

Attendance is free of charge, but places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first- served basis.
