Dmax opens UK arm

Dmax, together with partner Inobis Consulting Group Ltd, has set up a new business arm in the UK with a London office.

Dmax and Associates UK Ltd (www.dmaxstudios.co.uk) will be managing international projects. After a number of years’ experience in the German market, Dmax is also offering support with Infor ERP LN (formerly known as Baan).

Dmax, together with its affiliate partner company, was project leader of the Baan IV implementation project at Vfw AG in 1998.

This year, Dmax was appointed project leader for the migration project to Infor ERP LN F6, the latest and state-of-the-art ERP system for companies within the production or logistics business.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), like Infor ERP LN, is an integrated computer-based system used to manage internal and external resources, including tangible assets, financial resources, materials, and human resources. Built on a centralised database and normally utilising a common computing platform, ERP systems consolidate business operations into a uniform and enterprise-wide system environment.

Infor is a vendor of ERP software owned by Infor Global Solutions. Dmax is a branding and IT solutions firm offering IT solutions, advanced web development/GUI and identity creation and maintenance services.

The company is mostly active in Germany and the UK, managing blue chip projects, including the branding of the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organi­sation, based in London, as well as the IT strategy and development for reverse-logistics service provider, Vfw GmbH, one of the largest companies in its field based in Germany.
