Union action at health promotion department

Health promotion department employees who gather data for dissemination purposes will not be answering telephones and e-mails as part of industrial action ordered by the Union Ħaddiema Magħqudin said.

The action was ordered by the union because the government had not come back with counterproposals on working conditions after the union made its proposals in April, the UĦM said.

The proposals deal with the restructuring of their section and access to professional development.
