Three-day ballet course

Cecchetti ballet students recently attended a three-day course at The Dance Workshop. The course, organised by Theresa Lungaro-Mifsud, was open to all Cecchetti-based schools and students. Participants currently attend ballet classes at vocational level at The Dance Workshop, Brigitte Gauci Borda, Dance Arts Academy, Yada (Gozo) and Johane Casabene Dance Conservatoire.

Guest lecturer Richard Glasstone, who is the artistic advisor to the Cecchetti Society in the UK, guided the students through their steps and exercised focusing both on technique and artistic qualities.

The next guest teacher, Stefania Sansavini, will be conducting a one-day session at vocational level next Sunday.
