YOUNG. On November 11, at Mater Dei Hospital, VIOLET, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her sister-in-law Mary Young, her nieces and nephews, Rosalynd and her husband Albert Galea, Joanna and her boyfriend Anton, Kris, Joe and his wife Yvonne, Stephen and his wife Sonia, Raymond and his wife Maris, Debbie and her husband Ross Howard of Australia, Yvonne and Godwin Muscat, Joe and Marie Bugeja, Josephine Caruana, great nephews and nieces, her close friend Doris Pitre and other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 1.45 p.m. for Tal-Ibraġ parish church where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2.30 p.m., followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated.

Prayer meeting
The International Movement of Prayer Blessed Pope John XXIII will be holding an evening of prayer for peace and the new evangelisation of the world at the basement chapel of Sarria church, Floriana on Wednesday from 5.30 to 6.30 p.m.
Everyone is invited to attend and those unable to be present can join the group in prayer.
