Remembering the first anniversary of the death of LILIAN ANASTASI née Micallef Trigona who passed away on November 8, 2009. Mass will be said today at 6.30 p.m. at Stella Maris parish church, Sliema.

Obituary

WIRTH. On November 6, at Mater Dei Hospital, LEWIS, aged 87, widower of Helen née Cavarra, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his great loss his only daughter Mariz Cassar and her husband Henry, his beloved grandchildren Michelle and Robert, their partners John and Stephanie, his great-granddaughter Natasha, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 1.30 p.m. for St Julians parish church, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2 p.m. followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to the Malta Hospice Movement, Balzan, will be appreciated. The family would like to thank all the staff at Villa Messina and at Mater Dei Hospital for their dedicated care and support. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

VELLA – Treasured memories of our dear Dr Notary CARMELO G. VELLA and his wife CONNIE née Gaffiero on the anniversary of their respective 42nd and 1st demise. Their son Joe and his wife Vicky, granddaughter Sarah and her husband Robert, and great-granddaughters Ella and Kyra. May they both rest in peace.

The electricity supply will be suspended as follows tomorrow:
