Air Malta to make five weekly flights to Milan
Air Malta will include flights to the heart of Milan this Christmas as it launches a new route to Linate Airport on December 1.
To celebrate the introduction of the new route, Air Malta is offering clients a special fare starting from €79 per passenger.
The flights to and from Linate will be operated every Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The airport is situated about seven kilometres east of Milan, just a 20-minute bus or cab ride from the city centre.
Linate was mainly used for domestic and European short-haul flights, Air Malta said, and provided an excellent land connection with Milan and to other places of interest in Italy. The airport is complimented with a bus service that goes straight to the central railway station of Milan allowing for swifter connections to various areas within the region and the rest of the country.
Air Malta’s introductory offer includes the return ticket and all applicable taxes and charges. It is valid for travel before March 26, 2011 and reservations and ticketing must be made by November 30. Certain conditions may apply.

Most definitely, well done and keep at it. My sincere very best wishes to Air Malta and all its staff. May the company pull itself together in the best of good faith. It will be hard work for you in the coming months but keep at it, we Maltese are proud of our national flag carrier. You are a fascinating operation amongst the massive european mega carriers and their well diversified operations. You fly well, you keep me in good safe comfort when I fly with you. I know that that those two well trained professionals do a world class of a job in the flghtdeck so do those that manage the passenger cabin. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going. Keep at it Air Malta. You definitely have my full support in mind and spirit, I know its not much, but still encourage you to pack a good punch.

Keep it -Up Air Malta. Keep up your good work and don't let us down. You are a company in which our country invested in air pilots and other ancillery personnel which Malta never had before the 70's. It's very important that the top people make good decisions and do their homework well together with 'Accountabityl'. You are in this mess because of others irrisponsible decisions in purchasing the RJ 70's and other miscalculated work. WELL DONE once again and augur you the best, I always flown with you.
