Obituary
AGIUS. On November 1, VICTOR, widower of Pauline, formerly of Floriana, residing in Gżira, aged 66, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his daughters Anika and her husband Ivan Cremona, Michelle and her husband Tonio Micallef and son Julian, his grandsons Gianluca, Jeremy, Ben and Francesco, his mother Dolores, his sister Josephine, his brother Michael and his wife Joyce, his in-laws, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on November 5 at 2 p.m. for Gżira parish church where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 2.30 p.m., followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
SANT. On November 1, ANTHONY of Mellieħa, passed away peacefully at Mater Dei Hospital, aged 60, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his great loss his wife Victoria, his children Antoinette and her husband Brian and Mark and his wife Stefania, his grandchildren Julian and Neil, his brothers John and Frank and his sister-in-law Nina, widow of his brother Karmnu, his in-laws and their respective families, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 2.45 p.m. for Maria Bambina parish church, Mellieħa, where a Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 3.30 p.m. followed by interment at Sultana tal-Vittorji Cemetery, Mellieħa. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza, Siggiewi, will be greatly appreciated. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
TERRIBILE. On November 1, at Mater Dei Hospital, DORIS, aged 89. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Wally and his wife M’Anne, Edgar, widower of Vivienne, and Isabelle and her husband Godwin, her grandchildren Maria, Adriana and their fiancés, Claudio and his wife Marlene, Massimo and his wife Pamela, her great-grandchildren, her sister Mary and her husband Johnny, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei tomorrow at 9.30 a.m. for the Carmelite church in Valletta, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 10 a.m. followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.
Requiem mass
Tomorrow being the trigesima die of the death of JOSEPHINE BORG MANDUCA, the 7 p.m. Mass at St Patrick’s church, Sliema, will be offered for the repose of her soul. The attendance of family and friends will be greatly appreciated.

Church’s social teaching
The Jesuit Centre for Faith and Justice and the Archdiocese’s Pastoral Formation Institute are offering a series of lectures on the Church’s social teaching.
