Between 2005 and 2010, Malta Freeport had taken action on 86 cases of contraband activity involving transhipment of goods, Finance Minister Tonio Fenech told Parliament.

Answering a question by Labour MP Anthony Agius Decelis, the Minister said that there were also nine cases of contraband of imported goods.
