More staff complete business training programme at Re/Max

A group of Re/Max sales associates recently took part in the company’s eight-week Succeed training programme.

Participants are asked to prepare assignments for each training session, including their own business plan – their final assessment.

Re/Max has successfully run its Succeed programme for the past five years and has seen over 75 associates complete the course.

Discussing the training programme, Re/Max regional director Jeffrey Buttigieg said Succeed was an innovative programme. “We believe it is a great platform for new recruits in the industry and can also stimulate experienced real estate agents.

The company is delivering the programme to another 17 associates and is planning another programme towards the beginning of the year.

Re/Max hopes to see three new offices open next year as well as the extension of its St Julian’s office, which could acco­m­modate another 10 to 12 associates.

The company is recruiting experienced and non-experienced personnel in time to enrol for the next Succeed programme.
