Can we push back, (or forth), the sun? Then why, oh why do we change the time, spring and fall, by one hour, for the sake of saving some money? It effects our health, something like jetlag, and takes a whole week to recover from it. Is it really worth it? Why can't we let nature takes it course? That of PREPARING our system for the next season, slowly and naturally?

No BBQs or other summer related activities after Sunday.
Woolly sweaters all around.

Now if only my kids would get it, I might get an hour extra sleep - alas never going to happen on a Sunday!
