I travel by Air-Malta simply because there is no other way to fly. Lately I was coming back from Rome and there was a two and a half hours delay. No reason whatsoever was given. We waited an waited ,then there was a change in the gate number because obviosly the slot was lost.We had to go to gate 11 to take the bus to take us to the plane. Also the food is of a very poor standard. On the wrapper of the piece of cake given as a dessert was written 'King'scake'It was anything but a king's cake because I could not eat it.I asked the hostess to pass on my complaint in the hope that things will change. No wonder that air malta isin the red.

Your'e wrong. I just checked a flight from Malta to Duesseldorf in May and it comes up as €98.11 all inclusive, the same for some dates in June. The basic flight per leg is €26. Therefore their offer is all in order.
If you are expecting that all of their flights to the nemaed destinations will be at €99 then you are very naiive. No airline has the the same price for every flight at any time of the year even the low service carriers.

What about Air Malta branches a low cost perhaps calling it Fly Malta, offering the same sort of service given on low cost (i.e. no free food, no magazines - just the one with products to buy on board, no seating, etc.). This venture together by a decrease in excess staff can help Air Malta to be viable again as it also offers a service at par to other low cost airlines. If they can do it, why Air Malta cannot? Dubai/Emirates Airlines have done it with Fly Dubai.

Yeah great it sounds good for the lucky people that want to travel to the six destinations mentioned, BUT!!!!!!!! what about the unlucky AirMalta frequent travellers that want to use the service to Schiphol-Amsterdam its never mentione din Malta agenda Why, is it going to be left for RyanAir to takew over landed at Eindhoven?? My guess is that alot of people would like to know the answe to my question. Why is that Amsterdam is never mentioned by Airmalta????

The reason for this my dear girl, is because AirMalta opnly think of themselves and their shareholders and not their customers., so they just suit themselves and sod the rest
