Westin Dragonara wins top award
The Westin Dragonara Resort in St Julians has been named Europe’s Leading Family Resort at the World Travel Awards European regional ceremony in Antalya, Turkey.
The awards, described by the Wall Street Journal as the “Oscars of the global travel and tourism industry”, indicate the “best of the best” in the region. The Westin hotel had won the title in 2008.
Winners were selected with the help of thousands of industry professionals worldwide who voted online.
The Westin Dragonara Resort was nominated for this award together with 11 other luxury hotels in Europe.
