Walk for life

The Action for Breast Cancer Foundation held a 10-kilometre walk from Marsaxlokk to the Valletta Waterfront on Saturday to raise funds in aid of breast cancer support. Each participant donated €5, which will go towards improving the services available to women with breast cancer.

Why is this sort of thing not advertised more in the local media?? I see pictures from the UK Walk for Life races and those have THOUSANDS of people taking place.
This is for a good cause and I would have loved to sponsor a runner...
Next year, advertise more and you will get more cash out of the race itself...
