Fexco Malta, encompassing Fexco Financial Services (Malta) Ltd and Fexco Investment Services (Malta) Ltd, has rebranded to Fexserv.

Since last Sunday, the registered name of the two companies will be changed to Fexserv Financial Services Ltd and Fexserv Investment Services Ltd.

The name change was made to better reflect the wider and broader services being offered by the company, which started operating in Malta in 1995 by offering foreign exchange services.

Tony Zahra, chairman of both companies, said the companies had evolved into one of Malta’s leading financial and investment services institutions, providing a range of services through a branch network of offices in St Julian’s, Valletta, Gżira and Victoria, and its recently refurbished head office in San Ġwann.

“This name change will not affect any existing contracts, agreements, undertakings, commitments and/or any other matters presently appearing in the name of Fexco, which continue to remain valid and ongoing as the companies will continue to trade regularly but under the new name Fexserv,” Mr Zahra pointed out.

General manager David Borg Hedley, who has been with the company since 1999, said Fexserv was one of a new breed of niche financial services organisations that has evolved over the past years into a company offering various services in a customer-focused environment.
