Playful toddlers at the childcare centre in Bulebel greeted Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi yesterday from their artificial tree house. Dr Gonzi said Malta’s traditional family “support network” had changed and childcare facilities were essential to enable women to work and help the economy reach its potential.

Mmmmm, I think the PM is seeing another opportunity for getting taxes. I think he is telling the child ---- ''This isn't monopoly, kiddo! there's no get out of jail card ---- you want out, you pay!'
