In an interview by Romain Raynaldy carried on October 5, renowned architect Renzo Piano was quoted as saying: “...an architect never comes to a city as a tourist because you go beyond the surface of things. You need to know the city’s most profound rituals, understand it, really penetrate it.”

Now I wonder whether he really did that when drawing the plans for our capital city?
