Executive appointments at Tumas Group

Tumas Group has announced two senior appointments in view of expansion of its development portfolio.

Besides Portomaso and its surrounding complex, the portfolio now includes Tas-Sellum Residence in Mellieħa and Ta’ Monita Residence in Marsascala. Other projects will be coming on stream soon.

Until now, the Portomaso sales office has handled all matters relating to property sales, from marketing to negotiating sales and processing transactions to deeds of sale.

Maurice Tabone, sales and marketing director since 1999, will now move to head office to focus on processing property sale transaction from preliminary agreement to final deed. Mr Tabone has also been appointed consultant to the board on property development.

George Bonnici has been named sales and marketing director responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing in the three complexes as well as future projects.

Mr Bonnici brings 28 years’ experience in the property business to the post.
