First time trials of the season

The ASA Swimming Board will be holding the first time trials of the season at the National Pool this afternoon. During this event, trophies to the winners of the 2009/2010 Swimming League will be presented.

The teams participating in the time trials today are Iasis, Neptunes, Sliema and the ASA national team.

The next competitive event for the Malta team will be the International Swimming Festival in Aachen, Germany, between October 22 and 24.

The swimmers travelling to Aachen for this meet are:

Sliema – Andrea Agius, Neil Agius and Daniel Galea.

Neptunes – Mark Sammut, Davina Mangion, Melinda S. Micallef, Nicola Muscat and Talisa Pace.

The swimmers will be accompanied by national coach Andrew Colbourn and ASA Swimming Board secretary Chris Agius.
