Go plc has been ordered to pay more than €15,000 to one of its technicians, 19 years after he was injured in an accident at the Sliema Exchange in July 1991. Does the European Court accept this situation? Can the Justice Minister explain to the public why this case took so long to be settled, making other people think twice before going to court? Is it worth the public’s while to use the justice system? It would seem better to find an alternative if possible.
