Castille Resources recently launched Castille Executive to specialise in the recruitment of senior level positions across Malta.

The new arm is the first executive level recruitment brand on the island, identifying exceptional talent to senior level positions offering salaries in excess of €50,000.

The bespoke, confidential service centres on recruiting for roles including heads of IT and finance, senior IT and finance managers, senior technical specialists, executive and non-executive directors, chief executive officers, chief operating officers, and chief finance officers. Castille Resources, which continues to focuses on the recruitment of more general IT and financial roles across the island, has established the subsidiary brand to handle an increasing number of high level positions in the local job market.

After carrying out a survey into the local job market, Castille found many organisations were having increasing difficulty recruiting high level and specialist roles.
