A group of students recently sat for Oxford Cambridge and RSA Examinations (OCR) in Level 2 Exercise to Music and Level 2 Gym.

The students were guided through the courses by fitness course directors Celine Fenech Adami and Gillian Grech.

The course curriculum as set by OCR included theory and practical assessments as well as knowledge on basic fitness principles and health and safety.

All students were given extensive training in the appropriate environment and were taught proper techniques on handling gym and studio equipment safely and effectively. This accreditation is recognised all over the world.

Ms Fenech Adami and Ms Grech are the only educators in Malta who prepare students to become accredited aerobic instructors.
