Where does it say they arrived in Malta illegally?
Where does it say they had no right to be in Malta?
How do you know they aren't married to EU citizens, even possibly Maltese ?
Oh right, Somali = automatic illegal immigrant!

Send them back to Somalia. We do not need these type of people in our country. We are seeing what is happening in Italy, France etc. Send them back ASAP as we are fed up paying them from our taxes and they are taking or jobs.

I can't understand why the government doesn't send them back home. They are an expense for Malta and we really do not need them.

aha, this is the thanks we receive from these 'poor people that are fleeing their war thorn country'. apart from being a burden on us all, now they are also waisting court / police / prisons money. well done to all those good-doers who are in favour of keeping these 'unwanted' in malta / europe

We have enough problems with our own people dealing in drugs. Whatever will happen if these Somali's were being groomed by the big boys for easy money. They should be repatriated as quickly as possible. They have had their chance and they blew!

They came into Malta illegally on the pretext of needing asylum. They lived in Malta on the back of our taxes. They broke our laws. Now they will stay in prison at our expense.

Dear Ms Vella, Where does it say that they were irregular immigrants and were in Malta illegally? Oh right, Somali people have no right to be here legally! Pathetic!
