Iraqi pleads not guilty to attempted murder of Somali
An Iraqi today pleaded not guilty to the attempted murder of a Somali.
Moqmen Abdu Isshaki, 35, of Hal Far, was also charged with grievously injuring Somali Gaser Salman Darman at Mifsud Bonnici Square in Marsascala yesterday and with being in possession of a sharp and cutting instrument without the necessary police license.
He was also accused of breaching the peace.
Mr Isshaki was remanded in custody.
