Since I have not received the government subsidy on utility bills, on August 21 I wrote to Customer Care at Arms Ltd to enquire why. To date I have not received a reply from them, not even an acknowledgment.

On August 31 I e-mailed the Department of Information which told me it had forwarded my query to the Water Services Corporation so that the department would verify if I used less than 10,000 units. Again, to date (September 13) I have not even received an acknowledgment.

Is this what is meant by customer care? Does anyone at Arms, which is paid for by our money, see fit to answer my e-mails?
