Diploma in management

Sixteen managers have just completed an Institute of Leadership and Management diploma course in management at Misco.

The diploma develops a range of middle management skills and assists participants to gain the knowledge and ability required by practising or potential managers.

The course comprises six mandatory units and a selection of optional units to choose from.

Misco managing director Joseph F.X. Zahra said: “By investing in management development, managers can ensure they are more confident in their role and also able to lead employees through the challenging times ahead.

“Nurturing efficient leaders through management development is the most cost-effective investment an organisation can make to enhance the performance and efficiency of its staff.”

Misco runs a range of ILM accredited qualifications. The next programmes will start in October.
