Brand and Perry cuddle up at Elvis’s old home

Katy Perry and Russell Brand showed that marriage is always on their mind as they enjoyed a romantic break at Elvis Presley’s old home, Graceland.

Comedian Mr Brand – who is due to marry his pop star fiancée in the coming weeks – posted a picture of Elvis and Priscilla Barbie wedding dolls on the internet.

They had taken the photo after visiting the Graceland gift shop.

Brand put the shot on Twitter with the message: “Mum. Have moved to the south and made friends with a lovely little couple.”

Ms Perry posted a picture of herself and Mr Brand cuddled up on the steps of Graceland with the message: “We’ve relocated...”

The couple were said to have been planning to marry in India, where Mr Brand proposed at the beginning of this year. However, that may be affected by the 35-year-old comedian’s arrest at Los Angeles LAX airport last week following a tussle with a photographer, as he is due in a US court next month.

Ms Perry has claimed Mr Brand came to her aid after she said a photographer tried to “put a lens up my dress”.

Only last week the 25-year-old singer was spotted in Las Vegas as she celebrated her hen party with friends, including Rihanna, in the Nevada city.

She was spotted enjoying a ­performance of Cirque du Soleil and partying in several top night spots, sporting a top hat and veil which said “bride”.
