Launch of new simple plans and smartphones from Vodafone

Vodafone Malta has just introduced the HTC Wildfire, a new HTC sense-based Android phone that integrates the most popular social networks to help bring one’s friends closer.

HTC’s latest advanced smartphone is great for viewing and sharing photos, for surfing the internet, for capturing special moments and listening to your favourite songs.

This latest smartphone to enter the local market is part of the smartphone plans that have been launched by Vodafone. The HTC Wildfire is being given for free to clients who subscribe to the Smartphone 30 plan, where clients pay a monthly access fee of just €30.

Vodafone is offering the best smartphone range on the market accompanied by worry-free price plans, dedicated support and after-sales services. “Only Vodafone offers the latest smartphone range together with dedicated smartphone plans including data, more minutes and more SMS,” said Alexandre Froment-Curtil, head of marketing at Vodafone Malta.

With dedicated staff assistance Vodafone offers customers maximum help in choosing their smartphone. The smartphone would be already configured for surfing the web and with internet traffic included up to 2GB a month. Vodafone’s current speed for internet on mobile is the fastest in Malta with speed reaching a maximum of up to 14.4Mbps, twice as fast as any other local operator.

Vodafone is giving its customers the opportunity to try out the smartphone range during an Open Day on October 2. ­Vodafone has also dedicated staff set-up at various locations around Malta, showcasing its smartphone range.

Vodafone’s post-paid price plans start from €15 a month for the Starter plan. All new plans are based on e-billing which is part of Vodafone’s long-term contribution towards the environment. These rates are also available on Vodafone’s business plans.
