I thank Kevin Mahoney for his reply to my letter Frustration At The Law Courts (August 30) and note that all the words in the Encyclopedia Britannica that one chooses to defend the Maltese courts’ administration system will never be able to explain to Ġanni Vella, John Smith or Joe Public the shambolic disorganisation that exists in the Maltese courts’ administration system. It is a shambles, it has always been a shambles and, by the looks of Mr Mahoney’s reply, tangible improvements are not on the agenda!
