Rent-a-cow to combat stress
What best to combat the stress of city life than renting a placid Swiss cow ?
This is the serious offer made by a farmer in the Alpine country, who claims that fresh air and a new ruminant friend can help city-dwellers regain serenity.

the serious offer will perhaps include the farmer coming over and collecting the cow's excretions??????????
i can assure you it comes in tons and it has a high nitrogen content making it flammable ............... that's cool a cow bomb in your sitting room hehehe

Can I nibble on it gently as it goes about its eating grass business?

This is how cows should be kept in their natural habitat and grazing on the vast plush green meadows that nature intended and not confined in restricted pens that hardly allow any movement by the cow.
Those cows that are kept in pens as in Malta are suffering and enduring constant torture!
These types of cows are called Factory Cows!
When are we going to realise that Malta is not the ideal place to have such animals, as unfortunately we do not have the land as other bigger countries enjoy?
All we care is that these cows provide us with milk, irrespective of whether they are treated humanely or not and as long as these “poor” cows provide us with the necessary economic benefits; when nowadays one can get the milk from elsewhere and thus avoiding this TORTURE to these poor cows!
But who cares, a cow is to be exploited and literally “milked” for the cash!
It is only a “Factory Cow” after all and it is only there to provide the ‘dough’, isn’t it?
Where are the Maltese animal lovers or aren’t these “Factory Cows” not animals too?
