Twelve competition winners are exhibiting art works at San Anton Palace in the Honours List Collective Exhibition.
The exhibition is organised by the Malta Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce following the Silver Palette Arts Competition.
The exhibition was opened by President George Abela and his wife Margaret in the presence of society president Joe Mifsud.
Dr Abela praised the society for its promotion of the arts and thanked the artists for taking part. A quarter of the proceeds will go towards the Malta Community Chest Fund.
The artists are: Carmen Pizzuto, Anna Galea, Ivan Fenech, Zell Osborne, Aleksander Sasha Matic, Jude Zammit, George Farrugia, Winston Hassall, Charles Bonnici, George Muscat, Antoine Paul Camilleri and Sean Camilleri.
Exhibits include paintings, sculpture and works in mixed media.
The exhibition will be open to the public every day until September 26 from 9 a.m. onwards.
