Croatian teenager suffers spinal injury
Lorena Letizzja, a 17-year-old Croatian, is being treated at Mater Dei Hospital after suffering a spinal injury in Comino.
The Armed Forces of Malta said the girl was injured late in the afternoon while diving off some rocks into the sea.
She was airlifted by an AFM rescue helicopter for urgent medical treatment.

Experienced something similar myself, got away with slip disc, would not be surprised to hear she jumped off the same spot, was approx the same age at the time.

Really a sad sad story, one should think twice and consider the consequences of his actions. Spinaly injured at the age of 17 is not a nice thing for sure. Wish her a get well soon.
