Teenager found
The 17-year-old who was reported missing last Thursday was found this afternoon, the police said.
The teenager, Dylan Degiorgio, was found at the Marsascala playground by two police officers - PC Robert Vassallo and PC Josef Vassallo, who recognised him from the photo.
The two officers, who were on their way to the Prime Minister's residence, had been shown a photo of Mr Degiorgio by the sergeant at the Zabbar police station who asked them to keep a lookout for him.
The officers then passed Mr Degiorgio to the police headquarters.

Good job. Happy ending. "The officers then passed Mr Degiorgio to the police headquarters." Does anybody care to involve the social carers to find out WHY the young kid thought it was necessary to do what he did - run away from home? He must be one of the lucky ones not to get involved in some nasty snap decision involving..............

they just found the teenager after they saw his picture, hardly difficult. I am not dissing the police force or anything, and well done to the 2 officers who spotted him.
But to blow trumpets for this, this is normal police work imo!

No wonder the police never tackle serious problems/people, why should they? They are already full of themsleves spotting one run away kid a year, and getting all the praise in the world for it :)
