Frenetic rush as India readies for Commonwealth Games

Organisers had promised a world-class event, but with only one month remaining until New Delhi hosts the Commonwealth Games, hopes are quickly fading.

Despite costing an estimated three-billion dollars, venues for the extravaganza remain incomplete as workers and organisers struggle to complete preparations.
